Partner of an alleged murderer, creator of sexual content on the OnlyFans payment platform and now alleged drug trafficker. The young Madison V., 20 years old and wife of the British man imprisoned for the shooting death of the Northern Irishman John George, whose body was discovered last January on a lemon farm in Rojales, was arrested earlier this month by the Civil Guard of Torrevieja when she was driving in a car with a cache of almost a kilogram of “crystal” -methamphetamine-, a drug that was hidden inside the vehicle. She was traveling with a friend, who was also arrested and exonerated by Madison.
The partner of the accused of the crime of John George, whose whereabouts were unknown after being shot dead in mid-December last year, alleged that an unknown person forced him to carry the drugs after intimidating her with a gun and threatening to harm her family, a version whose credibility is questioned by the court.
The Court of Instruction number 1 of Torrevieja agreed on September 9 to preventive detention for Madison, initially assisted by a lawyer on duty. A week later, a new appearance was made in the Court of Instruction number 4 to ratify the prison measure. The partner of the alleged murderer was assisted in this second appearance by the lawyer Alicia Grau Córdoba and the lawyer Francisco Miguel Galiana Botella and the investigating magistrate of the case agreed to their release on bail of 20,000 euros.
The bail was paid on September 19 and Madison, who has always exonerated her partner of the crime on social networks, was able to leave Fontcalent prison after being incarcerated for only ten days. As precautionary measures, the judge has agreed to a ban on leaving the country, the withdrawal of the passport due to the danger of flight and two weekly appearances in court.
The arrest of Madison, originally from Belfast, took place at around five in the morning on September 8 during a vehicle control carried out by the Civil Guard of Torrevieja on the N-332 road, in the Punta Prima area. The agents stopped a vehicle whose occupants showed nervousness when they detected the police presence, in addition to trying to hide something inside.
The Civil Guard required identification from Madison, who was driving the car, and observed that when she took the bag she tried to hide something in her pants. The young woman was searched and several grams of “crystal” and 105 euros were seized. His companion, 22 years old and of British origin, was not seized with drugs, although he did carry 685 euros in cash.
The agents thoroughly searched the car and found two bags with several grams of hashish and “crystal” and a bag with 960 grams of the latter drug, which was hidden in a gap between the rear seats of the car.
The two young women were arrested and the drugs and the car were seized by the Civil Guard, remaining at the disposal of what the Torrevieja court investigating the case determines.
The version given by the young Madison in her appearance was somewhat bizarre. Thus, he explained that as a result of the entry into prison last March of Jonny S. for the murder of John George he is receiving threats. According to her version, two days before the arrest she was approached by an unknown man who showed her a gun and threatened to harm her mother and brother. He showed her photos of his family and his house and told him that the next day he had to go to an address in La Zenia, in Orihuela Costa. She states that she went and a car passed by her from which she was given a large white bag, without being able to identify the person. This bag was supposed to be taken to a bazaar in Torrevieja, but it was discovered and arrested. The court considered the version not very credible.
Madison and the alleged killer were arrested in March in Portugal, where they took refuge after fleeing Spain. The victim’s family, who travelled from Northern Ireland to carry out search raids for John George, also blamed this young woman for covering up for her partner, but so far she has not been charged with anything in the cause of the homicide. In addition to Jonny, there is a second person under investigation who was provisionally released.
